Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, carefully check your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect items before opening the vacuum seals.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required to process your claim and improve our logistics.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at support@maza.com with your order number and attached photos within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
